Led Hyperion HFM and FDQM implementation for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (NYSE: TEVA). Teva is the largest generic drug manufacturer in the world and one of the 15 largest pharmaceutical companies worldwide with revenue over $20 billion.
Responsible for the P&L of the project.
Managed teams responsible for functional and technical design, implementation, testing, technical environments establishment, documentation, historical data migration, and global roll-out for 140 subsidiaries worldwide.
Responsible for pre-sale work on strategic prospects, developing sales/pre-sale materials, evaluating potential application design, product functionality, and technology issues.

Gazit-Verifone Point-of-Sale

Founder and VP R&D
Founded and managed R&D at GAZIT POS, front and back-end integrated system that manages sales and inventory for national commercial networks.
Managed development of a PC-based cash-register that can handle all in-store money and inventory transactions, communicate with credit card processing organizations and with head office system.

Finance Magnates

Responsible for the enhancement, evolution and management of Finance Magnates technology stack. Finance Magnates is the world’s only multi-asset trading knowledge hub.
Lead multi-location teams to develop, deliver, and support multi-lingual WordPress and PHP/MySQL websites and iPhone and Android mobile applications.
Lead website optimization in the AWS cloud platform, monitoring by NewRelic, and secured and CDNed by Incapsula.

R&D Site Manager
Delivered all key milestones of Easy Check, a working prototype of portable non-invasive breath-based glucometer, successfully from initiation to Proof-of-Concept.
Responsible for the P&L of the site.
Recruited and managed four cross-functional research and development teams including PhD scientists in Chemistry and Electro-optics, and Hardware and Mechanical engineers.
Prepared and managed project plans for medical device development activities.
Planed, designed and monitored a pre-clinical trial at the Schneider's Medical Centre.

Clalit Health Services (Yael)

Senior Project Manager
Lead a team of over 40 people in 3 software development projects for Clalit Health Services. Clalit is the 2nd largest HMO in the world with 42K employees and over 4M insured members.
Supervised requirement engineering, design, development, QA, documentation, training, and support for thousands of users.
Worked closely with Digital (now HP) implementation organization and executives to ensure the successful delivery and deployment of technological solutions in 500 health-care centres.

Managed several teams within the HyperRoll R&D organization focused on QA, Professional Services, Benchmarking, IT, and Documentation activities. Later acquired by Oracle, HyperRoll, is a leading provider of financial reporting acceleration solutions with interactive reporting capability serving customers such as Target, Kellogg's, MasterCard, Woolworths, Deutsche Bank, and Genworth.
Managed programs and initiatives related to technology partnership with Hyperion to ensure joint engineering efforts progress successfully. This includes managing quality and integration engineering activities as part of the overall integration project engineering process.

Israel Broadcasting Authority

Strategic Consultant
Provided strategic IT and project management consulting services to IBA's management in areas of digitation, broadcast management, and IT budget and work plans.
Supervised over two IT departments and IT activities in IBA's headquarters divisions, 10 radio channels and 3 TV channels.
Drove and prepared technical requirements and RFPs for multi-million dollar projects (e.g. digitization), chaired technical and decisional meetings, and supervised technological programs.
Led discussions on contracts and agreements between IBA and partners (e.g. IBM, NESS, Dalet). Point person for managing negotiation of new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, and ensuring that legal agreements and objectives matched the IBA goals and strategies.
Developed strategic IT plans that allowed both internal and external constituents to clearly understand the goals, objectives, execution method, and metrics for key technological initiatives.
